Consumer Link, as the company was originally titled, was established in 1994 by Brad Camrud, a former Brand Manager for Procter & Gamble, and Tom Pfeil, a former research manager for Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola. Since then, The Link Group’s extensive client-side experience has produced a faster, more flexible and more responsive research and consulting firm.
In nine years, The Link Group has expanded from two founding employees and first year revenues of $50,000 to annual revenues of over $8 million, and both our clients and research capabilities have multiplied.
