With over 16 years of research experience, Wayne joined The Link Group in April 2000. He brings a vast amount of ‘client-side’ experience to the company and understands the needs and pressures associated with our clients.
Wayne's research experience includes extensive work in segmentation, attitude and usage, observational and brand imagery. He is a RIVA-trained moderator and has conducted extensive studies for both business and consumer-related goods.
Wayne received his M.B.A. at the University of Rochester, and later worked as the division manager for the US consumer products department at Eastman Kodak. Wayne also has experience as a Senior Research Manager at Coca-Cola.
